The Toy Factory Lofts made by Lanterra is located in 43 Hanna Avenue in Toronto. It has 215 lofts in total and earlier here was the Irwin toy factory that was built in 1926. The II and IV interior designers planned the interior of Toy Factory Lofts and the outside portion was planned by Quadrangle Architects. Some parts of the initial building were kept and that is what contributes to the warehouse like a feel of Toy Factory Lofts. The exposed concrete, beams and brick walls are all features of the original building. The hard and firm lofts at this amazing building are spacious and have exposure to a lot of sunlight.
