The total area is about 10000 sq ft.  The other condos units floor in this luxurious project 155 Cumberland were constructed above and below the penthouse.  11th and 12th floor got transformed into condos from earlier office space and here you can have five luxurious suites. Above the actual penthouse, you can notice the existence of nine suites and there are seven new levels.  The entrance of the building 155 Cumberland remained same as it was during the time of Tornos.
